This policy explains how Mai Tiki Huts Inc ("Mai Tiki Huts", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects the information people give us. It covers this website, our contact and quote forms, and the online lead forms we run.
Mai Tiki Huts builds custom tiki huts, tiki bars and outdoor kitchens on site across Florida. We are a construction business. We do not sell personal information.
Mobile numbers and text messaging
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone for their marketing, ever.
If a person ticks the text message box on a form, we text that person about the quote and project they asked about. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

What we collect
We only collect what a person chooses to give us when asking us to get in touch:
- Name
- Email address
- Mobile phone number
- City or the area where the work would be done
- The date and wording of the text message consent
- Anything else written in a message to us, and yard photos if a person chooses to upload them
Online lead forms may pre-fill some of these fields from a person's own profile. They can be edited before submitting, and nothing reaches us until submit is pressed.
Why we collect it
To reply about the work that was asked about, to prepare a quote, and to arrange a site visit if wanted. We keep a record of the enquiry, and of the text message consent, so we can follow up and prove that consent was given.
Who sees it
Information is handled by Mai Tiki Huts and by the people and service providers who help us run our customer records and deliver messages. A provider gets information only where needed to deliver the enquiry or messages to us or to store them securely, and only for that purpose.
We do not sell personal information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. This includes mobile numbers and text message consent.
Lead forms and website tools
When someone submits a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta Platforms also processes that submission under its own privacy policy before passing it to us. That policy is at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
This website uses cookies and similar tools from Meta and Microsoft Clarity to measure visits and how the site is used. A browser can block or clear these cookies at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve the customer and to keep ordinary business records of work quoted or performed. If a person asks us to delete their information and we are not required to keep it, we will delete it.
